Reports Tabled: Chair; Finance; Committees.
Chair - Tennant participation too low; change needed; ART ACT funding changes leave doubt; Building repairs plan;
Section 72 development questions. Finance: rent review July 2019; Land valuation. - Other committees: Read the big folder! Constitutional Amendments: Point 31 Board changes = No; Point 6 Membership = Yes; Delete Point 40 = Yes;
New Electronic Messaging = Yes. Strategic Plan report nearly ready. New Board Elections: Lan Nguyen-Hoan and Bart Beswick represent Mitchell.
